Delivery and return policy

Products are ordered through the online store. The online store sends an automatic order confirmation of your order. Note! Free e-mails (hotmail, yahoo, luukku, etc.) sometimes move messages directly to the spam folder, please check the folder if you have not received an order confirmation. Delivery costs from €5.90 to Finland. All orders are sent with the post office's XS package to your home or to the post office box. Delivery

Orders are always processed in order of arrival and we mail them every weekday. The delivery time for your order is on average 2-7 business days from the confirmation of your order. Returns

The products have a statutory right of return of 14 days. Check your order when it arrives. The product must be unused and in original condition. Please always contact us before returning for return instructions. We do not accept cash on delivery returns. Return costs are always paid by the buyer himself. If you want to exchange the product for another product. Place a new order in the online store. We will return the money of the first order to your account. If you send the return as a letter, always buy a plus sign (tracking mark) in the letter so that the progress of the letter can be followed.
