How does the price guarantee work?
The price guarantee applies to identical products that are immediately available and for sale in a reliable Finnish online store. The competitor must have a Finnish business ID.
Once the conditions are met, we will review the price and offer you at least an equally good price.
Who do I contact if I find a product cheaper?
Contact our customer service and include a link to a cheaper product. We will process price match requests quickly.
What is not covered by the price guarantee?
The price guarantee does not apply to orders placed retrospectively or situations where the price of the product decreases after the order is placed. Pricing errors by competitors also do not entitle you to the price guarantee. We reserve all rights.
