Delivery and return policy
Products are ordered through the online store. The online store sends an automatic order confirmation of your order. Note! Free e-mails (hotmail, yahoo, luukku, etc.) sometimes move messages directly to the spam folder, please check the folder if you have not received an order confirmation. Delivery costs from €5.90 to Finland. All orders are sent with the post office's XS package to your home or to the post office box. We reserve the right to unusual delivery costs, e.g. in connection with campaigns, we will notify you in advance of exceptions. We kindly ask you to note that the stocks of the online store and the brick-and-mortar store are the same, so it may be very possible that a customer has just bought a product in the brick-and-mortar store and then it is out of stock in the online store. Delivery
Orders are always processed in order of arrival and we mail them every weekday. The delivery time for your order is on average 2-7 business days from the confirmation of your order. Returns
