Idea ketjuöljyn tekemisestä syntyi ajatuksesta: “Jos Rex tekisi ketjuöljyä, minkälaista se olisi?” Ajatus vaikutti niin mielenkiintoiselta, että siitä piti ottaa selvää! Tinkimättömällä reseptillä alun perin yrityksen sisäiseen käyttöön valmistetussa Rex Domestique -ketjuöljyssä yhdistyvät innovatiivinen ajattelu ja yli seitsemänkymmenen vuoden tietotaito parafiineista. Domestique on kerännyt vankan kannattajakunnan, ja se on yksi Suomen suosituimmista ketjuöljyistä.

Domestique-ketjuöljyssä yhdistyvät paksumpien ketjuöljyjen pysyvyys ohuiden öljyjen likaa hylkivyyteen. Kuivissa kesäolosuhteissa voitelukerta pitää voimansiirron hiljaisena ja tehokkaana jopa 500km matkan. Tyypillisessä käytössä vain pyyhintä kuivalla paperilla tai kankaalla on tarpeen ennen uudellelleenlevitystä, koska likaa hylkivien komponenttien ansiosta ketjun sisään ei pääse likaa. Vinkki: Pidä ketju puhtaampana pyyhkimällä sen pintaa lenkkien jälkeen myös voitelukertojen välillä. Vain ketjun sisällä oleva voiteluaine on tärkeää voitelun kannalta.

Parafiinipohjainen, liuotinvapaa, haihtumaton ja laimentamaton.

Suurin osa kaikista saatavilla ketjuöljyistä sisältää haihtuvia liuottimia tai jopa vettä. Tämä onkin hyvä keino valmistuskustannusten alentamisessa, mutta Rexillä ajattelimme toisin. Jokainen pisara Rexiä on 100% voiteluainetta; kaikki mitä laitat ketjuun pysyy siellä eikä haihdu ilmaan. Tämän ansiosta pienestä ja helposti mukana kulkevasta pullosta saadaan noin kolmekymmentä voitelukertaa!

Delivery and return policy


Products are ordered through the online store. The online store sends an automatic order confirmation of your order. Note! Free e-mails (hotmail, yahoo, luukku, etc.) sometimes move messages directly to the spam folder, please check the folder if you have not received an order confirmation. Delivery costs from €5.90 to Finland. All orders are sent with the post office's XS package to your home or to the post office box. We reserve the right to unusual delivery costs, e.g. in connection with campaigns, we will notify you in advance of exceptions. We kindly ask you to note that the stocks of the online store and the brick-and-mortar store are the same, so it may be very possible that a customer has just bought a product in the brick-and-mortar store and then it is out of stock in the online store. We always try to offer something instead if the product is not manufactured by us and is no longer available from the wholesaler..

Delivery


Orders are always processed in order of arrival and we mail them every weekday. The delivery time for your order is on average 2-7 business days from the confirmation of your order. We will contact you by e-mail about a possibly different delivery time. Many online store products are made to order, so the delivery time is about 7-10 days. Slightly longer delivery time for order products. We always strive for the fastest possible delivery.

Returns


The products have a statutory right of return of 14 days. Check your order when it arrives. The product must be unused and in original condition. Please always contact us before returning for return instructions. We do not accept cash on delivery returns. Return costs are always paid by the buyer himself. If you want to exchange the product for another product. Place a new order in the online store. We will return the money of the first order to your account. If you send the return as a letter, always buy a plus sign (tracking mark) in the letter so that the progress of the letter can be followed. Always email customer service with the tracking code for the plus sign. If the product gets lost on the way back and the customer has not bought a plus sign for it and tracking the package is then not possible, we also cannot refund the money for returning the product. Only when the product has been returned to us will we return the money to your account. We are not responsible for letters or packages lost by the shipping company.
